symphoniaASSAI meets Morning Tears

On the 10th and 12th of May two special concerts will take place in the concert hall of the Conservatory of Brussels and Hasselt Cultural Centre respectively. Both events are the result of the collaboration between symphoniaASSAI and Morning Tears, a non-profit organization dedicated to the defense of children's rights around the world, with actual projects in China, Cambodia, Ecuador, Tanzania and Russia (www.morningtears.be).

The program includes impressionist masterpieces by French composers Gabriel Fauré, Claude Debussy, Maurice Ravel and their Belgian contemporary Joseph Jongen, whose harp concerto will be performed by harpist Anneleen Lenaerts as soloist together with symphoniaASSAI, conducted by her brother Wouter Lenaerts.
